SAVE with Featured Builders

A 1% Cash Reward is available for you when you choose a tBay-Featured Builder.

  • Print a 1% Cash Reward coupon for each Builder and Community you plan to visit before registering at the Builder sales offices or model homes.
  • Present your Cash Reward coupon on your first visit at each Builder sales office so the representative knows you are referred by tBay New Homes. The Builder representatives will carefully assist your selections and decisions.
  • tBay New Homes will be listed on your purchase agreement of sale as your referral agent. After signing a sales contract with a Builder, fax copies of the coupon and the contract to tBayNewHomes.
  • Close on your new home, and you will receive your 1% Cash Reward rebate in 10 to 15 business days after closing.

    • SAVE with other Tampa Bay Builders

    A 1% Cash Reward is also available for you when you select a standard Tampa Bay new home builder that does not yet honor tBayNewHomes coupons.

  • Select a standard new homebuilder in the Tampa Bay area.
  • Complete the 1% Cash Reward request form on tBayNewHomes.com. Indicate your choice of community and/or Builder.
  • Email us at least two days before you contact or visit the Builders sales office or model home.
