Do we ever pay tBay anything?
Not one penny. Our arrangement is with the Builders and their advertising budgets. However, telling your friends about tBayNewHomes.com is not owed, but certainly appreciated.
How long does it take to get a tBay Coupon?
Maybe 60 seconds … or less. Click on Coupon Registration, fill in the information, and send it to your computer printer. Done!
Can I get the 1% rebate without contacting you first?
Since you will receive the Cash Reward from tBay, we must know the Builder(s) you wish to deal with before you register with them. That way you register with them as a tBay referral.
Can I buy an inventory home instead of contracting to build?
The tBay Cash Reward works with any new home by any of our featured Builders – spec homes, inventory homes, or homes to be constructed. Just contact tBay first for your Cash Reward Coupon.
What about homes beyond the Tampa Bay area?
Let us know which Builder(s) and what areas you have in mind. Within a couple days we can have the Cash Reward rebate set up for you. Then print out your tBay Coupon and register with the Builder(s). No problem!
Are we under obligation to purchase a new home?
Not until you sign a sales agreement. Only then are you under any obligations.
What if we select another Builder or Community that we like better?
Email to us your choice of Builder or Community at least two days before you plan your first visit. After we confirm your request, print out your tBay Cash Reward Coupon, and present it to the Builder as you register with them.
Are prices subject to change?
Most definitely! Though we monitor new home pricing on a daily basis, price adjustments are the norm today. Meaning, BUY NOW!!!
